Pavani Satya Sree Chennamsetti

I am just a happy-go-lucky girl who tries to do things that scare me the most. I was born and brought up in Vizag, a beautiful coastal city in South India. Diverse experiences in the last 6+ years such as auditing, financial reporting, client management and team leading, helped me build robust fundamentals. Working as an external auditor at Deloitte made me deal with immense amount of pressure, high-stake projects, and an opportunity to work with big giants and topmost private equity and hedge funds across the world. Further, I managed teams and grew as a leader while achieving team goals and helping others grow at the same time. I felt it was time to embark on a new journey and make a transition to solve business and organisation level problems by leveraging my past experiences of working in a consulting firm.

I derive my happiness from around people and i look forward to be empathetic leader in the future. What better place to be in to gain these skills rather than Ross. I believe that you can grow only when you make others around you grow. This is my first time in US and i came here as a student and i am very excited to live in a student town for the first time in my life. I am happy to answer any questions about moving to US for the first time as a student, initiatives at Ross, Michigan Business Women and last but not least, how pretty can Ann Arbor get during Fall!
