Hello, my name is Prathamesh (pronounced pruh-thuh-mesh). With a decade of experience in various systems engineering roles at Ford Motor Company, I've discovered my professional passion lies in leading innovation and optimizing processes, while my greatest satisfaction comes from mentoring and inspiring emerging talent to drive individual and collective success.

Recently, I was honored with a nomination for Ford's 3-year Leadership Program. My immediate goal is to leverage this exclusive opportunity to enhance my multi-functional expertise and expand my professional network through challenging assignments in key business areas. Ultimately, I aim to continue developing into a strategic future tech/portfolio business leader. Additionally, as part of Ford's LGBTQ+ Leadership, I am dedicated to fostering an inclusive workplace culture, mentoring next-gen talent towards their bright potential, and delivering exceptional products to meet our rapidly evolving customer needs.
