Priya Jaiswal
Before joining Ross, I spent several years working in marketing, strategy, and business development across a variety of industries, including consulting, office automation, and consumer goods. During this time, I had the opportunity to lead cross-functional teams and take on strategic projects, from recovering post-COVID demand to launching new go-to-market initiatives. My passion for problem-solving has always been a driving force, whether it was improving product offerings or streamlining operations. These experiences deepened my appreciation for the power of data-driven decision-making and strategic thinking, which ultimately inspired me to pursue an MBA at Ross.
At Ross, I’ve had the chance to expand my skills in strategy, business analytics, and consulting to tackle even more complex challenges. The school’s emphasis on action-based learning, alongside a diverse and supportive community, made Ross the perfect fit for me. Through hands-on experiences like my MAP project, where I developed a strategic plan to capture new markets, and my involvement in student leadership initiatives, I’ve been able to grow both personally and professionally in ways I hadn’t imagined.
What really drew me to Ross, though, was the incredible support I received from student ambassadors during my application process. Their insights helped me understand just how collaborative and close-knit the Ross community truly is. Now, I’m excited to give back by helping prospective students navigate their own journeys—just as I was guided.
