Rachel Sze

Rachel Sze (she/they) is a Consultant at Bain & Company in Washington D.C. Prior to Ross, Sze studied Music Education at Michigan State University, and taught in DC area public schools for 4 years before pursuing an MBA at Ross. On campus, Sze held leadership roles in Out for Business (OFB), the Consulting Club, and Riskey Business. Sze interned at Bain & Company during her MBA, and used a deferred start date to explore roles in financial services at University of Michigan Credit Union and in politics / government as a Congressional Fellow in the U.S. House of Representatives. Sze currently sits on the Board of Directors for the University of Michigan LGBTQ+ Alumni Association.
