Rosemary Santos

Prior to Ross, I worked at various nonprofit organizations mostly focused on economic development, equity, and inclusion. Most recently, I was a Manager of Outreach and Partnerships for The Bridgespan Group’s Leadership Accelerator, an ed-tech startup focused on helping nonprofit executives become stronger leaders. I chose to pursue my MBA at Ross due to its focus on experiential learning, its diverse and vibrant community, and robust alumni network. I also loved Ross’ strong track record for tech recruiting and its vibrant innovation & entrepreneurship culture.  

On a personal note, I am passionate about all things movement and performing arts! I’ve been dancing salsa for 10+ years. Feel free to ask me about dancing, The Consortium, MLT, social impact careers, design thinking, New York City (that’s where I’m from!), Philadelphia (my second home), or bringing your dog with you to Michigan.
