Hi, I'm Shivani Kolhe! Before joining Ross, I spent 6 years flying the Airbus 320 in India, logging 3000 hours as a pilot. While I loved aviation, I realized I wanted to explore new industries where I could make a greater impact beyond the cockpit. This desire to pivot led me to pursue an MBA, and Ross stood out as the perfect place to help me navigate this transition.

I chose Ross because of the community’s warmth and welcoming spirit. From my interview to every interaction since, I’ve felt at home here, and I can’t imagine pursuing my MBA anywhere else. Whether it's football Saturdays or the energy at Skeeps happy hours, Ross knows how to bring people together.
