Siddhika Gupta

Prior to attending the Ross MBA program, I worked as a quality engineer for pharmaceutical manufacturing at Eli Lilly. In this role, I was responsible for maintaining product quality and patient safety by ensuring that the manufacturing process was in compliance with company policies and regulatory standards. I have always been a champion of creative innovation and continuous improvement; however, I wanted to transition to a career where I could connect consumers with the exciting products I was working on. Coming to Ross to pursue a marketing-focused MBA seemed like the perfect opportunity for me to make this functional switch and take the next step forward in my career. I was drawn to Ross because of the collaborative culture, vast network, and action-based learning opportunities such as MAP. I also enjoy how social the Ross MBA is, and sensed that I would be able to make genuine lifelong connections in this program.
