Tarundeep Singh Gill

I'm Tarun, a 26-year-old from India with a strong foundation rooted in an Army background. Growing up, I experienced life across various parts of the country, which taught me to adapt to diverse and challenging environments. I pursued my passion for Aerospace Engineering at the Indian Institute of Technology Kanpur, where I graduated in 2019. It was during my time at IIT Kanpur that I developed a keen interest in data analytics and data science, recognizing their growing significance in the digital age.

Professionally, I have spent the past five years at Indus Insights, an analytics consulting firm specializing in financial services. In my managerial role, I lead a team of 10 members, working across industries like lending and aviation. My core interests lie in credit risk management and fintech product personalization, where I've helped develop impactful solutions and strategies for clients. Additionally, I've led key internal initiatives, including the Indus Olympics, Knowledge Sharing, and Recruitment. My work has also taken me to the US for client engagements, including visits to Wisconsin and Chicago.

Outside of my professional life, I'm an avid sportsperson who regularly plays cricket and soccer. I have a passion for adventure sports, including trekking, paragliding, and rafting, with plans to take up skiing next. I enjoy pushing my boundaries and exploring new challenges, both in my career and personal life.
