I grew up in New York City and attended Spelman College, an all-women's HBCU in Atlanta, GA, where I studied Economics. After graduating, I worked at Deloitte as a consultant, focusing on customer and marketing. While at Deloitte, I worked on a range of projects including data infrastructure, user experience, and advertisement assessments. One project involved building an in-field application for reliability engineers, which sparked my interest in UX. This led me to pursue a dual degree at the University of Michigan’s Ross School of Business and the School of Information, focusing on UX research and design.
During my time at Michigan, I've explored the intersection of design and business through extracurricular activities like the Impact Studio, where I helped build an initial prototype for a healthcare application. The experiences I gained at the University of Michigan prepared me for my role as a UX Design Intern at Google’s NYC office, where I gained valuable experience in product design and innovation. Outside of my professional and academic pursuits, I enjoy reading, drinking chai tea, and developing my newfound passion for tennis. I love discussing anything related to product development, design thinking, and the life of a dual-degree student!
I’m excited to help guide you through your journey and cannot wait to share more about my experience at Ross.
