Vignesh Gouthaman

Having grown up in India, I moved to the United States to pursue Mechanical Engineering at Purdue University. Having a background in engineering, I spent the next 7 years with Vibracoustic, a supplier to the Automotive car manufacturers. During my time at Vibracoustic, I started off in engineering managing global projects in suspension systems. I then got a chance to lead internal strategy for one of our business units and realized how much I enjoyed working on long term strategy for companies.

Enrolling in the WMBA program at Ross was probably the best decision of my life and I got to meet countless driven and talented individuals who each made an impact on me. I decided to pursue a career change from automotive to consulting and will be joining management consulting company EY Parthenon as a Consultant this year.
