I launched my career with Deloitte as a part of the Audit & Assurance service line in Detroit, specializing in the Japanese Service Group. During this period, I had the opportunity of working closely with international clients in the automotive industry, addressing issues related to regulatory reporting, internal controls, and financial planning. Fresh out of college, my time at Deloitte significantly honed my financial analysis skills, leading me to earn my CPA designation shortly thereafter.

Subsequently, I transitioned to Deloitte's Shanghai office, joining the Financial Advisory function. Here, I applied my analytical acumen to corporate restructuring projects. While I thoroughly enjoyed delving into the intricacies of these projects, I found myself increasingly curious about strategic decision-making at the management level. This curiosity is what drives my pursuit of an MBA at Ross, where I aim to pivot my skills towards a career in management consulting.
