Coaching and Mentoring in Organizations --- This course equips business professionals with essential skills to become effective coaches and mentors within organizational settings. The curriculum is structured around three key phases of coaching and mentoring relationships: Connect, Elevate, and Unlock. Through a dynamic blend of theoretical foundations and practical applications, students learn evidence-based techniques for building trust, fostering growth, and unlocking potential in peers and direct reports. The course emphasizes psychological, neuroscientific, and behavioral concepts to enhance leadership capabilities and drive organizational success through people development. Combining synchronous and asynchronous modules, students engage in hands-on exercises, case studies, and self-reflection to master core coaching skills such as powerful questioning, deep listening, and facilitating positive visioning. By the end of the course, participants will be able to implement personalized coaching and mentoring strategies, make evidence-based decisions, and articulate the business case for these practices in driving employee engagement, performance, and organizational excellence.
