Strategic Marketing Planning: This course is designed to provide an in-depth, "hands-on" learning experience in marketing strategy, planning and analysis. This course outlines key planning concepts and processes using lectures, case studies and sophisticated competitive marketing simulation games where feedback is provided to management teams regarding the impact of their strategic and tactical decisions. The course integrates marketing decision making within the context of manufacturing and financial dimensions of a business organization.
