The Leadership Summit for Women in Academic Medicine and Healthcare is a one-day conference co-sponsored by the U-M Medical School, School of Public Health, Ross School of Business, and Michigan Medicine. It is a rare opportunity for leaders from across the nation to focus on their professional development and the advancement of women. The Leadership Summit for Women is ideal for leaders dedicated to the advancement of women, including faculty and administrators. This event is open to leaders of all genders.
This year’s event will feature two incredible keynote speakers – Angela Duckworth and Dorie Clark! Duckworth is the Rosa Lee and Egbert Chang Professor at the University of Pennsylvania. Her TED talk is among the most-viewed of all time, and her first book, Grit: The Power of Passion and Perseverance, is a #1 New York Times best seller! Clark has been named three times as one of the Top 50 business thinkers in the world by Thinkers50.
