Michigan Ross Undergraduates Remain In High Demand, Secure Top Salaries According to 2025 Employment Data Report
The newly released employment data report shows that Ross School of Business Bachelor of Business Administration graduates continue to be sought after by top employers, earning competitive salaries and securing jobs in their chosen career paths.
More than 98% of the Michigan Ross graduating Class of 2025 received a job offer by Sept. 30, 2025. They earned a median salary of more than $100,000 and a median signing bonus of $10,000. Financial services was the top hiring industry for 2025 graduates, comprising 45.6% of job acceptances. Consulting and technology followed as leading industries, at 19% and 9.3% respectively.
A record-high 279 companies hired Michigan Ross BBA graduates in 2025 — including many sought-after companies like McKinsey & Co., Goldman Sachs, Procter & Gamble Co., Amazon, and Citi — demonstrating the wide range of career opportunities available to Ross graduates.
“Michigan Ross attracts high-achieving students to the BBA Program, and our Career Development team is dedicated to equipping them with career skills and resources tailored to their professional goals,” said Heather Byrne, managing director of the Career Development Office. “This year’s strong employment outcomes reinforce employers’ confidence in our graduates and highlight the CDO’s commitment to preparing students for impactful careers during their time at Ross and long after graduation.”
The new report also looks at the employment data for summer internships held by the Class of 2025. BBAs interned at 271 companies nationwide, including many top employers who hire for full-time roles, as well as TikTok, Jimmy Choo, the National Football League, and S&P Dow Jones Indices.
The Michigan Ross BBA Program is ranked No. 4 by the 2025 U.S. News & World Report.
