Lesli Ann Mie Agcaoili, MBA '09
Lesli Ann Mie Agcaoili is an accomplished design and operations professional with experience managing products and teams globally at companies such as Tesla, Ford and BlackBerry. Her experiences run the gamut, from product development in the automotive industry to recent endeavors in the beauty and wellness industry as a licensed esthetician.
She spent the majority of her career in automotive product development in design and engineering, most recently as a Staff Design Quality Engineer at Tesla, where she travelled internationally partnering with global automotive suppliers and was key to the launch of the Shanghai Gigafactory.
Her various passions and interests including design, manufacturing and education have helped her thrive in the field of product development. Prior to Tesla, Lesli Ann helped shape colour and material design at BlackBerry in Canada. She also worked at the Ford Motor Company as a Global Color and Materials Lead Designer.
She is committed to helping develop opportunities for others and enjoys connecting ideas and people. In addition to volunteer opportunities with Ross, she served on the Board of Directors for the Alumnae Association of Smith College and chaired its Nominating Committee. When she is not “geeking” out over cars, or falling off her skateboard, Lesli Ann enjoys her work as a makeup artist and esthetician helping clients develop and amplify their personal brand.
Lesli Ann holds a B.A. from Smith College in fine arts, a B.S. from Art Center College of Design in transportation design, and an M.B.A. from the University of Michigan. She rounded out her studies in fashion design as well as skin therapy at Los Angeles Trade Technical College and environmental design at Parsons School of Design in NYC.
