Senior leaders seeking an immersive in-person experience complemented by convenient live online sessions
Participants will spend one week on campus for immersive, in-person coursework and networking with their cohort. In addition to the in-person experience, the program includes live, virtual sessions. These virtual sessions take place over five weeks and include two 90-minute sessions per week.
This blended approach fosters meaningful connections and networking while enabling participants to immediately apply their learning as they return to the office. Executives from around the world are encouraged to participate, as live online sessions are scheduled to accommodate global time zones.

Comprehensive Curriculum
Delivered through a blend of online learning and in-person sessions, the program curriculum balances flexibility with face-to-face collaboration. Core modules equip you with practical frameworks and tools to tackle real-world business challenges, while the immersive in-person experience accelerates application and connection.
Immersive Learning Experience | On-Campus Sessions
During the on-campus residency, you will participate in simulations, case work, and interactive exercises to apply the strategic concepts learned throughout the program in practical, hands-on settings. Networking opportunities connect you with industry leaders from around the globe, expanding your perspective and professional network.
Time Commitment
Duration: 70+ hours spread over 6 weeks
Live Online Sessions: Ten sessions, totaling approximately 15 hours (1.5 hours each; five before and five after the on-campus portion)
On-Campus Intensive: Six consecutive days, totaling approximately 55 hours, with daytime sessions (8.5 hours for five days, 4.5 hours on the final day) plus four evening activities (2 hours each)
Total time commitment: 70+ hours
