Barbara Koenig is an insightful, personable coach with over twenty-five years of experience working as an organizational development consultant and executive coach, primarily in areas related to leadership, team development and culture change. With a technical background and experience holding a variety of leadership roles, Barbara brings a unique and diverse perspective to her work. She is known for quickly establishing rapport with her clients and partnering with them to navigate today’s complex and changing business climate and the tension it creates between work life balance and results. 

As a consultant and executive coach, Barbara has partnered with a variety of organizations and industries such as Toyota, Ford Motor Company, Borg Warner, Ricardo, Autoliv, Stryker Medical Technologies, Advent Health, BCBS, General Electric, University of Michigan Medical School, University of Michigan Stephen Ross School of Business, Ann Arbor SPARK, Michigan Economic Development Corporation (MEDC), ProQuest Information and Learning, Thomson Reuters, McCain Foods, and Morton Salt. 

Early in her career, Barbara worked in Production Management for Corning Glass in Kentucky and at Lockheed Martin in Silicon Valley as an Advanced Manufacturing Engineer. Eventually, her experience led her to various roles as a change agent for empowering leaders and teams.
