Barb Koenig
Barbara Koenig specializes in workplace learning and organizational change that leads to improved human performance. Through executive coaching, design, development, and facilitation of learning, she helps individuals and organizations develop new strategies and skills to enhance and improve individual, team, and organizational performance.
With more than 20 years of experience as a learning and development consultant, Barbara has partnered with organizations such as Stryker, Thomson Reuters, Toyota, Ann Arbor SPARK, Ford Motor Company, Metaldyne, Ricardo, Michigan Economic Development Corporation, Credit Acceptance, ProQuest Information and Learning, Borg Warner, and Ingersoll Rand.
Before working as a consultant, Barbara worked in production management, engineering, and training at Corning Glass and Lockheed Martin. Barbara also leads a customized global business simulation that allows leaders to discover how innovation occurs in organizations and the leadership behaviors needed to unleash it. She covers topics related to leadership, organizational and individual transition, and strategy at various professional organizations such as the Ann Arbor American Society for Training and Development chapter, the Automotive Women’s Alliance Foundation, and Oakland Community College.
