Gabby Shoucair

Gabby joined Michigan Ross Executive Education in 2017 and now serves as a Key Account Partner, leading strategic custom client engagements and supporting the successful delivery of executive education programs across the United States and around the world. Known for her collaborative approach and strong project management expertise, she works closely with clients, faculty, and delivery teams to create impactful learning experiences that drive meaningful results.

With a foundation in customer service and program operations, Gabby is committed to ensuring every program delivers exceptional value while fostering lasting connections and growth. Outside of her professional responsibilities, Gabby enjoys spending time with her two young sons, traveling, and exploring new cultures and cuisines. She is passionate about gardening, enjoys experimenting with new recipes in the kitchen, and can often be found seeking out a great cup of coffee. Driven by a natural curiosity and commitment to continuous growth, she maintains a strong interest in psychology, leadership, and personal development.

She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies with a minor in Psychology from Wayne State University.
