Augusta Guo

Born and raised in Ann Arbor, I received my undergraduate degree from the University of Michigan. After transitioning from an LSA undergrad to attend Ross for my Master's, I've really enjoyed the Ross culture, the program's curriculum, and the variety of other experiences outside of the classroom. 

The MAcc program has been an amazing learning experience — enriching my accounting knowledge through courses taught by experts in their respective fields while forming strong bonds with individuals who share similar passions along the way. I'm also deeply grateful for the valuable support and guidance from the program administrative staff and career development office throughout my journey — helping me navigate the changes to the CPA exam, intricacies involved in job applications, and other processes regarding my next steps to achieve my future career aspirations.

Overall, Ross and the MAcc program have helped me build a strong and stable foundation in the field of accounting — giving me the confidence to tackle any professional situation as I enter the tax field in the Big 4 upon graduation. I appreciate and am thankful for this experience and journey, and I'm happy to share!
