Erica Haughton

Hello! My name is Erica Haughton. I am a current Weekend MBA student interested in talent development and management. I have a BBA from Grand Valley State University and have spent most of my career in higher education. I’m passionate about equipping people at all levels to be leaders and helping organizations increase employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention to maximize performance.
