I chose Michigan Ross for my graduate degree for a variety of reasons, but I would focus on the professors, program design, and the alumni network. Based on my undergraduate experience in engineering, I knew my professors would focus on providing a practical and positive learning experience. Similarly, I appreciated the curriculum design, which gave me the opportunity to learn both technical skills and about the world of business. Lastly, graduating from Ross and the University of Michigan in general gives me access to one of the largest and well-connected alumni networks in the nation. My favorite part of the program has been engaging with my classmates inside and outside of the classroom. They are all hardworking individuals with a wide array of backgrounds, which makes working in groups a rewarding experience. Additionally, the career office has been very helpful by providing a plethora of resources for preparing for recruiting and networking.
