Webinar Overview: Have you wondered why certain people seem to have more influence and promotional opportunities? It has more to do with self-development than with self-promotion. There are four forms of self-development that result in four forms of career (and leadership) capital. As you learn about these forms of capital and cultivate them, you will be able to use your capital for greater autonomy, pay, opportunities, and influence.
