We are recognized for relevant research in topics like change management, corporate governance, corporate social responsibility, cross-cultural management, ethics, leadership, negotiations, and positive organizational scholarship.
The MO group is highly interdisciplinary, with many faculty members holding joint appointments in areas such as Psychology, Sociology, Education, Natural Resources, and Organizational Studies.
