The MSCM Student Association encourages camaraderie through informative, philanthropic, and collaborative activities such as intramural sports, celebratory dinners, volunteer outings, and tailgates. All students are eligible to run for the MSCM Student Association, and can enter by completing our intent-to-run survey. Elections are held at orientation.
The One-Year Master's Council consists of the MM, MAcc, and MSCM Student Association Executive Board Members, as well as three cross-program chairs who seek to represent the collective one-year master's student population equally in all matters of business. Cross-program chairs include Philanthropy, Athletics, and DEI (Diversity, Equity and Inclusion). These positions are elected annually at orientation and rotate between the three degree programs.
Based on the philosophy of Sheryl Sandberg’s book ‘Lean In’, we aim to facilitate open dialogues about pertinent issues facing men and women. Using an intersectional framework, we bring together people from diverse backgrounds who are all united by the same vested interest in gender equality. We envision a global revolution that embraces women’s capabilities, starting here, with the University of Michigan.

The Muslim Business Students' Association is dedicated to creating a sense of community among Muslim students interested in business, as well as providing resources and networking opportunities to aid in professional development for all fields of interest.
Net Impact' at Ross's mission is to make Ross MBAs the paragons of responsible leadership. To this end, we focus on three primary areas that provide our members the tools to lead in thoughtful action: -Career and Professional Development: To provide career resources that enable students to find jobs in fields geared toward or incorporating attention to social impact and sustainability, and to connect students with a worldwide network of Net Impact members. -Events and Community Development: To raise awareness about the power of business for social, environmental, and economic impact by organizing events for the student body and to build a community of students who are committed to these tenets. -Curriculum and School Development: To encourage student and faculty learning and leadership development through engagement in social and environmental issues in the curriculum and school programs.
