Trinion Logistics called on a MAP team to assess its potential to diversify. The team conducted interviews, analyzed industry reports, and researched current businesses to identify strategies and techniques in support of an implementation plan. At the conclusion of the project, Trinion’s key executives, including a Ross alum, traveled to Michigan Ross to review project findings and discuss implementation.

Establish a Metro Detroit-based startup specializing in wine distribution, emphasizing wines that embody a strong sense of origin and community. Our vision is rooted in the places and people behind each bottle. Positioned strategically and supported by a robust logistics network, our goal is to emerge as a pivotal player in the wine distribution sector. With over 20 years of industry experience and ample resources to gather necessary information or guide further inquiries, our focus lies in securing rights to the world's most prestigious and historically significant wines. Once acquired, our commitment is to handle and distribute these wines with unparalleled care, setting a new standard in Michigan's distribution market.

Strategic Roadmapping
TRIBE is a five-year-old social enterprise in Liberia, focused on improving learning outcomes and building a novel an ecosystem that complements and enhances the existing educational opportunities for high school students. The goal is to help ensure these young people develop skills valued by potential employers and that, once employed, they become valued employees.
This proposal seeks to collaborate with the Michigan Ross team to develop a five-year strategic plan (framework) based on a careful analysis of TRIBE’s learning journey to date and its capabilities to bridge foundational learning gaps for in current high school education. The goal would be to revisit TRIBE’s unique value proposition for the Liberian school system, develop an action-based operational plan and use this work to attract increased financial and strategic resources to scale organizational operations. The TRIBE leadership plans to be deeply engaged with the students on the process as it is critical to long-term organizational success.
