Andrew Skor

Andrew is a Consulting Partner at PwC and has held various leadership roles and responsibilities within the firm. He serves clients as an advisor on M&A transactions specializing in pre-signing due diligence and separation / integration matters. Andrew also has his MBA from NYU’s Stern School of Business. 

Andrew has worked extensively with both private equity clients and corporate acquirers – working across industries but with deep experience in retail / consumer products, technology and financial services. As a PwC Partner, Andrew has also led internal processes related to recruiting, budgeting and talent - in various capacities. 

Andrew lives in New York with his wife and two children. He has lots of interests but spends most of his free time watching youth sports (which he loves).
