Brian Kwait

Mr. Kwait is one of the founders and CEO of Odyssey Investment Partners, LLC and was a principal in the private equity investing group of Odyssey Partners from 1989 to 1997.

Prior to joining Odyssey, Mr. Kwait was at Bear, Stearns & Co., Inc. from 1988 to 1989, where he was an associate in the Corporate Finance Group and worked on various debt and equity financings and restructurings in a variety of industries, including industrial manufacturing, business services and retail services. Prior to Bear Stearns, Mr. Kwait was a CPA and senior accountant at Ernst & Whinney.

A native of Ohio, Mr. Kwait received his BBA from the University of Michigan and received his MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
