Demian Kircher

Demian co-founded Maranon in 2007 with experience in leveraged lending, private equity, operations and accounting. 

At Maranon, Demian is primarily responsible for transaction sourcing, investment underwriting and portfolio management. He is a member of the firm’s investment committee. Prior to co-founding Maranon, Demian was a Principal at American Capital where he managed the sponsor coverage team in the Midwest. Demian’s previous experience includes Franklin Street Equity Partners, DocuSystems, Inc. and Arthur Andersen LLP. 

Demian earned an M.B.A. from the J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management, Northwestern University and a B.B.A. in Accounting with distinction from the University of Michigan. He is a Certified Public Accountant (inactive).
