Course Materials

For the core courses, the Global MBA office will provide the TextPak containing course materials compiled by the instructor. If the instructor uses a textbook, we will let you know your options for purchasing in advance. Generally there are three options: electronic version, international version hard copy, and U.S. version hard copy. However, electronic and international versions are not available for all textbooks.

When textbook requirements are available, the Global MBA office will conduct a survey to determine if you would like us to provide your textbooks or if you would like to purchase on your own. If you indicate that you would like the Global MBA office to purchase your textbooks, your books will be delivered to you at the beginning of the course along with the TextPak. When available, we will purchase the international version of the textbook for the courses held in Asia.

For the elective courses in Ann Arbor, textbook information will be provided by the instructor and you will be required to purchase on your own. There are several bookstores on campus that provide both new and used textbooks, you may purchase from the many online discounters or you may opt for the electronic version, if available.
