Weiguo Fan, PhD ‘02, became the Henry Tippie Chair Professor in Business Analytics at The University of IOWA Tippie College of Business after 16 years of service at Virginia Tech. Fan does research in the business applications of IT and business analytics. He has published more than 200 refereed articles since graduation from Michigan.
