Research Interests: Emotions; how to respond to the emotions of others in the workplace and how these behaviors impact teams; interpersonal emotion regulation; how to support others in the workplace.

This program has been such a fantastic place for me to learn, explore my interests, and connect with others. I have felt so supported by the faculty, staff, and other students. There are so many opportunities to learn and grow and I have felt like I can bring my full self to work.
