Grant Potts

I am an aspiring strategy and finance professional who is passionate about the aviation industry and how innovative, more fuel-efficient aircraft can contribute to zero-impact, sustainable flight over the next several decades. Before Ross, he spent 5 years as a strategy and operations management consultant at Deloitte Consulting, serving various clients across a range of industries, including airlines and logistics companies. His areas of experience include M&A, strategic sourcing, and location strategy.

He chose Michigan Ross because of the school's focus on action-based learning, the breadth and depth of the alumni network, and the sense of community and team culture that permeates everything at Michigan, from sports to the classroom.

In his personal life, Grant loves every flight he gets to take, spending quality time with family and friends, playing all forms of racquet sports, cycling around Ann Arbor, and finally getting the chance to cheer on a Big Ten sports program after going to a smaller liberal arts college for undergrad!
