Prior to Ross, I worked at HP (Hewlett Packard) Taipei office as a program manager for 5 years, focusing on simplifying supply chain processes. Having driven process optimization, I felt gratified when I saw my work benefit my colleagues and help the company make good products efficiently. However, I didn’t see a lot of chance for promotion at HP, plus for what I enjoy doing – optimization and strategy, there are more chances overseas. That’s why I decided to pursue an MBA. And I believed that the action base learning at Ross could benefit me the most. I know you’ve probably already heard about how kind and supportive Ross community is, what you don’t know is, it is actually ten times more awesome than you think. Post-MBA I aim to stay in tech industry but am looking for more strategic or management roles. Please reach out if you have any questions for me.
