Class of 2024

Growing up in the megacity of Lagos, Nigeria exposed me to healthcare disparities. It inspired me to study pharmacy at the University of Lagos in order to contribute my quota toward improving health outcomes. I began working in public health at the Howard University Initiative in Nigeria to enhance HIV/AIDS treatment access. Shortly after, I earned a master's degree in global health at University College London. Following that, I have overseen projects that improved access to childhood vaccines and recently worked to increase clinical research diversity. While working on these projects, I recognized the need to enhance my technical skills with business knowledge and an expansive network of accomplished people. After speaking to current students, I chose Ross because of its emphasis on experiential learning, the collaborative community, and targeted career development. Outside of my professional life, I volunteer with the ONE Campaign and am passionate about health equity.

I am excited to talk about being an international student at Ross, moving from Africa, healthcare, and anything Ross!
