Victoria Jenkins

Class of 2024

Born and raised in the Great White North (Toronto), I spent my time prior to Ross working in energy consulting, where I assisted commercial real estate companies with their sustainability reporting/benchmarking. My areas of interest include renewable energy procurement and decarbonization strategy, as well as the role that change management plays in enacting environmental impact within the private sector.

During my first summer internship as a dual-degree with the Erb Institute, I interned in Washington DC at Coho Climate Advisors conducting due diligence on wind energy projects for an end-user, while I spent my most recent summer in New York City on Live Nation Entertainment’s Global Sustainability team creating tools for renewable energy procurement across their venues.

Ross was an easy choice due to the incredible culture, student engagement opportunities and flexibility to pursue and thrive in a career not only in any major US city, but in the world. Moreover, the Erb Institute is unparalleled in the curriculum, network and professional opportunities it provides to students looking to pursue a career in sustainability.

Outside of Ross, my hobbies include figure skating, curling, craft beer and watching any show that has Gordon Ramsay in it.
