Leading Across Differences --- The importance of diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) in society and organizations has become more critical in recent years. Many have realized a lack of awareness of structural and institutional systems that provide advantages for some and disadvantages for others has inadvertently contributed to ongoing inequity. This course is designed to give you an awareness and appreciation of structural / societal, institutional / organizational, and interpersonal / individual DEI concepts. Leveraging a multi-layered approach to DEI, you will be able to make the connection between structural and institutional inequities, apply DEI frameworks to address organizational challenges, and learn how individual and interpersonal factors influence DEI work in organizations. By the end of the course, you will be equipped with the knowledge and skills to be inclusive leaders and advance DEI in business and beyond.
