Real Estate Development in Practice --- This course aims to provide students the ability to confidently evaluate and plan a real estate development project. The course will start with a comprehensive underwriting of a real estate development project, followed by the primary steps of real estate development: acquisition, debt financing, equity financing, architecture/engineering/design and project management/construction. Time permitting, the course will also explore additional topics relevant to real estate development.
