BusinessBecause: In the Classroom Series

In this instalment of the BusinessBecause ‘In The Classroom’ series, we will host a masterclass, Equity Analytics: Analyzing Organizational Inequities and Disparities to Drive Meaningful DEI Change, giving attendees a taste of what it’s like to sit inside the MBA classroom. Hosted by Professor Chris Rider, expert of entrepreneurial studies who teaches in the Full-Time MBA Program at the University of Michigan Ross School of Business. 

We will deep dive into the topic of DEI and equity analytics and highlight why this is an essential knowledge area for today’s business school students. We will also show how this subject is uniquely offered as a module in the Michigan Ross Full-Time MBA Program.

The masterclass will culminate with a live Q&A session, where we will also be joined by a
member of the Michigan Ross Full-Time MBA admissions team. Here, the audience will get the chance
to have their key questions answered, including those related to DEI and equity analytics,
admissions, careers, and the overall MBA experience.

The format of this event will be 45 mins (5 mins intro ; 25 mins masterclass ; 15 mins Q&A)
