Ned Tomasevic

Ned Tomasevic is a multifaceted professional who currently serves as an investor, board member, and
executive team coach. His diverse entrepreneurial career has encompassed various roles, including
operating executive, entrepreneur, investor, and mentor. Notably, he assumed the positions of CEO and
board member at EZR Logistics, a prominent national reverse logistics service provider and asset rental
company that he acquired through the search fund model. Preceding his tenure at EZR, he established
Toma Capital Management, LLC.

Mr. Tomasevic holds dual Master's degrees from the University of Michigan, having earned an MBA in
Business Administration and an MA in foreign policy. He is recognized as a consortium fellow and has
been awarded a foreign language and area studies fellowship. His academic journey also includes the
achievement of dual BS degrees in Business Administration and Psychology from the University of
Minnesota. He is located in Manhattan Beach, California.
