Ross School Engagement

Conducted in India at the Mahindra Learning Center, Mahindra and Ross coordinated to deliver leadership training across the Mahindra Group. The program is offered annually to executives who are selected to be strategic leaders.

The nine-day program imparts a tool kit to the executives in the following topics: strategy, co-creation, financial management, information technology and business value, human resource management, and leadership.

Led by Professor M.S. Krishnan, the program allows Mahindra Group to not only leverage synergies across the different companies, but also that of the Ross faculty and their diverse knowledge and application.
