Global Technology Ventures Inc.

Building on a trend of strong sales, Global Technology Ventures wanted to expand their distribution channels, and they called on a MAP team to assess the potential. The team identified strategies and techniques to improve business effectiveness, leveraging primary and secondary research to develop recommendations that may be incorporated into an overall global strategy. At the conclusion of the project, Global Technology's management team traveled to Ross to review project findings and discuss implementation plans.
