The 2014 Microsoft MAP team was challenged to develop a framework and tools that could predict customer behavior in using a new product.

It was all hard work and no play. Well, mostly. Team members Vanessa Huang and Trish Leung do some very necessary product research.

The team explores the workings of the new product from Soho Productions, an arm of Microsoft Studios that develops and publishes a wide range of entertainment offerings.
