Episode 105 – How Can We Thrive at Work This Year?

In this episode, three professors from the Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan tackle the question, “How can we thrive at work in the new year?” They discuss what we mean by thriving at work, trends and changes facing the workplace in 2023, actionable tips for managers and individuals to encourage thriving, and potential pitfalls that can get in the way of thriving.

At the end of the episode is a bonus research interview with Justin Huang, assistant professor of marketing. He shares some critical research into the economic effects of anti-Asian bias on small independent businesses.
