Brenna Moher, MAcc '16
As a past member of the U-M Synchronized Skating Team, Brenna understands the importance of being on the same page as her teammates. Fortunately, she felt right at home in the collaborative environment of the MAcc Program. “My classmates and I worked together a lot over the year and we pushed each other to do really good work, and I think that helped me grow.”
But it wasn’t all work. Coming from Lake Superior State in Northern Michigan, Brenna missed out on Football Saturdays during her undergrad years, but was able to make up for it at Ross. “Football tailgates were the first place I really got to know my classmates outside of the classroom. My first game in the Big House was an experience I still don't have the proper words to describe.”
Brenna is now in Chicago, working as a Capital Markets & Accounting Advisory Services Associate for PwC – and her MAcc education is coming in handy. “I learned everything from how to successfully navigate the codification, which I use every day at my job, to how to work most efficiently in group projects.”
“Now, I'm working a job that I love going to every day.”
