Rahul Pandi, MBA '06

Mr. Pandhi has over twenty years of management consulting and entrepreneurial experience. Most recently as CEO of CollabraLink Technologies (CollabraLink), he led the firm’s strategic growth as a market leader in the implementation of low code software for Federal agencies. The company grew from a 2 person company to a 300+ employee organization with ~$70M in revenue. In 2022 Mr. Pandhi led the sale process of a majority stake in CollabraLink to the private equity arm of Washington Harbour Partners and continues on as a Board Member and minority equity holder today. The company, now rebranded as Groundswell Corporation (Groundswell), continues to be poised for explosive growth and is one of the fastest growing government contractors in the region.

Mr. Pandhi was previously a Consultant with LEK Consulting leading and delivering a number of merger and acquisition and corporate growth strategy projects for private equity funds as well as c-suite level corporate executives. Mr. Pandhi was also previously employed by Accenture as a Senior Consultant where he led a number of application integration and software development projects, gaining experience in all aspects of the software development life cycle and development best practices.

Mr. Pandhi holds a BS in Information Systems from the University of Illinois - Urbana Champaign and an MBA from the University of Michigan - Ross School of Business
