Market Analysis and Assessment
The Othakarhaka Foundation (OTK) is a volunteer-based grassroots organization in Malawi, Africa, committed to eliminating barriers to girls’ education and empowering rural communities. OTK works in the Mulanje district and, long term, hopes to expand its operations (and impact) across Malawi.
The project’s goal is for the Ross team to collaborate with the two OTK founders to develop a detailed strategy and set of actionable next steps for expansion into a neighboring district, most likely Phalombe.
