MAP & Consulting Studio
Hyundai’s European headquarters challenged the team with analyzing warranty policies for competitiveness. The team was tasked with recommending a fiscally responsible warranty and a strategy for implementation, considering the varied markets across Europe. The team analyzed warranties across markets, researched the warranty’s influence on purchasing, and proposed recommendations supported by detailed financial analysis.
The ExecMAP team will create detailed business strategy by designing proper product market fits around Fark Labs capabilities and activities, laying out potential monetization collaborations, defining USP – Unique Selling Points, differentiation from the existing innovation hubs, defining go to market channels, establish channels to funds and resources.
This project will examine all aspect of the startup process from the founders perspective, to understand support systems, and how to fund.
IHS turned to the MAP Program for assistance in improving patient access to medicine in South Africa and other developing countries. The team addressed three separate objectives relating to a “direct delivery strategy” (DDS) for medicines: analyzing whether the national government could manage the system; considering the role of possible IT solutions to help the process; and recommending other countries where DDS could be implemented. The team produced a five-year and 10-year master plan.
