MAP & Consulting Studio
Tipperary has prior economic plans that would be available to the team. The team will have access to sponsors who are seasoned executives from Enterprise Ireland, Irish Development Authority, Probal, and local and national government officials. ExecMAP has a successful history of similar projects that would be available to the team. Plus, the frameworks and models could be used by every town in the US for job creation and economic development.
Trinion Logistics called on a MAP team to assess its potential to diversify. The team conducted interviews, analyzed industry reports, and researched current businesses to identify strategies and techniques in support of an implementation plan. At the conclusion of the project, Trinion’s key executives, including a Ross alum, traveled to Michigan Ross to review project findings and discuss implementation.
Assess and improve the operational efficiency of an annual household literacy and numeracy assessment.

Develop a cohesive fundraising and communication strategy for donor cultivation by performing CRM data deep dives, competitive analysis, and research into fundraising strategies. The outcome of this work will help align TGE's mission and values with its current project operations and donor priorities, allowing TGE to scale sustainably.
