The Ross School of Business recently released its 2025 Full-Time MBA employment data, which details the companies that hired graduates, when they received offers, and their corresponding salary data, underscoring another year of consistent outcomes.

McKinsey & Co., Boston Consulting Group, and Amazon were the top hiring companies for Ross Full-Time MBA graduates in 2025. The median salary was $170,000, and the median signing bonus was $30,000, with 91% receiving a bonus. Within three months of graduation, 86% of graduates received a job offer, and that number improved to 92% after six months.

“The rise in job offers between three and six months highlights our students’ persistence and the power of the Michigan Ross MBA,” said Heather Byrne, managing director of the Career Development Office. “These outcomes also affirm the comprehensive career support our office provides in a dynamic market.”

Consulting remained the top hiring industry again this year for Michigan Ross graduates, with consulting companies comprising 34% of total job acceptances. Financial services and technology were the second and third most popular industries, with roles in those areas accounting for 20% and 13% of jobs, respectively.

Roughly half the class accepted offers on the coasts, with 27% going to the East Coast and 20% to the West Coast. Additionally, 20% accepted offers in Chicago.

“Our career support ecosystem is built to give Ross students every possible advantage. We equip them with lifelong career skills they need to secure their first post-MBA job and navigate every career transition that follows,” Byrne said. “Through a more than 40-hour pre-arrival career prep course, small career-interest recruiting prep groups once they get to campus, and professional staff coaches who support them throughout their journey, Ross students are fully prepared to present their best to recruiters and employers.”

The Michigan Ross Full-Time MBA employment report also included data on internships for the Class of 2026. Amazon, Boston Consulting Group, PwC Strategy&, McKinsey & Co., and Bain & Co. were the top employers for student internships. Additionally, of all internships, 77% were facilitated by the school.

That strong pipeline is supported long before students even begin recruiting. The Career Development Office prepares students from the moment they matriculate until long after they graduate with personalized guidance tailored to each individual’s goals. To ensure Michigan Ross students receive competitive offers in their fields of interest, the CDO offers support and resources like the summer recruiting prep course, career coaching, peer small-group recruiting support, career treks, and more.
